Question 1

What does Individual Leasing mean?

Accepted Answer

Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. If a roommate moves out, the remaining residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Shared living areas remain available for all residents in the apartment.

Question 2

What are rental installments?

Accepted Answer

Rental installments are equal payments made throughout the lease term. The total lease amount is divided into scheduled installments that are paid over the course of the year.

Question 3

Why is my rent not prorated?

Accepted Answer

Rent is not prorated because the lease amount is divided evenly into installments rather than being based on a traditional monthly rental structure.

Question 4

What if I need something repaired in my apartment?

Accepted Answer

Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal, contact the leasing office, or notify management directly for service needs. Emergency maintenance support is available for urgent issues.

Question 5

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Accepted Answer

Rent is due on the first day of each month and can be paid online through the resident portal using approved payment methods. Additional payment options may be available through the leasing office.

Question 6
